Polina is a Senior Legal Executive at NZ Legal with over fifteen years of legal experience. She started her career in litigation support and trust accounting before qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2018, and has built a steady residential conveyancing practice in the years since.
Her particular focus is first-home buyers. She is the lawyer most likely to be on the other end of the phone when a first-time purchaser has a question about a Record of Title, a LIM report, or a clause in their sale and purchase agreement — and she is known across the team for the meticulous attention she gives to those documents on every file she runs.
In 2026, Polina presented at the Law Association of New Zealand Annual Property Law Conference on the topic of “Dealing with Banks: Tips and Traps,” sharing her practical experience of navigating bank instructions, conditions, and settlement requirements on behalf of residential property clients.
